Wooden Trees

Wooden Trees is a project presented by the Te Awamutu Business Chamber and ZION to foster relationships within our community and bring some beauty to our CBD during the festive season by providing wooden trees to local schools for them to decorate. These trees are then distributed to local ‘adoptive’ businesses who display them in front of their stores in our Te Awamutu CBD.

Thanks to the hard work of the Department of Corrections to prepare the trees for our local schools, the creative efforts of the local schools, and the care provided by local businesses Wooden Trees is FREE!

ZION is modern, Pentecostal church family located in Te Awamutu who love to do life together, who love to worship God, who welcome others, and who care deeply for their local community.
