Josh & Kayla Duckett
Josh and Kayla are the Senior Leaders of Zion Church Te Awamutu.
Josh and Kayla have four awesome children. They love seeing people connected and transformed through the Gospel and are passionate about loving God and loving others.
They are both creative and enjoy DIY activities like sewing and aeromodelers, as well as spending time in nature.

Richard Tiddy
Richard is a thoughtful and faithful leader who brings depth, discernment, and encouragement to the Zion community. He is passionate about Emotionally Healthy Discipleship, and is committed to helping others grow in spiritual maturity and emotional wholeness.
Richard enjoys meaningful conversations, time with family, and contributing to the life of the church with quiet strength and wisdom. His heart for people and his desire to see lasting transformation continue to shape the life of Zion.
Phil Brown
Phil and his wife Deborah have two daughters and are deeply rooted in the Zion community. Phil is passionate about seeing lives transformed through the Gospel and brings wisdom, humility, and a steady presence to his leadership.
Phil is an avid cyclist and loves to sail, often finding refreshment in the beauty of nature. Phil’s heart for people and commitment to loving God and loving others continues to shape and strengthen the life of our church.
Daniel Lamborn
Daniel and his wife Rochelle have six wonderful children and are deeply involved in the life of Zion. Daniel is a practical and servant-hearted leader who brings strength, reliability, and care to our church community.
Together, Daniel and Rochelle serve faithfully in both the band and kids ministry, using their gifts to build up the next generation and create spaces of worship and connection. Daniel’s steady presence and love for people reflect his heart to see others grow in faith and community.
